Terms of Service
Effective 8 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and InfiniSync Consulting (OPC) Private Limited, ED 44C, Second Floor, Pitampura, Delhi 110034, India, GSTIN 07AAHCI4822L1ZC ("InfiniSync", "we"). Vartaloop is our text-to-speech platform, delivered online. By creating an account, or by using the API, portal or any output, you accept these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you accept for a company, you confirm you can bind it, and "you" means that company.
1. Who can use Vartaloop
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Vartaloop is made for businesses and developers. It is not directed at children.
2. The service
Vartaloop provides a text-to-speech API, voices and a web portal. We provide software only. We don't place calls, send messages or act as a telecom service provider, and we don't choose your content, recipients or purpose.
3. Your account and API keys
Keep your details accurate and your keys secret. You are responsible for all use of your account and keys, including use by your own customers and any charges from a leaked key. Tell us at once if you think a key is compromised.
4. Fees
- Prices are on the pricing page and exclude GST and other taxes.
- Credits are prepaid. A request is billed on the characters you send, including a request you cancel.
- Free credits have no cash value. We may change or end free offers at any time, and may withdraw them if we see abuse or duplicate accounts.
- We may change prices. New prices apply to future purchases. We'll post them at least 14 days ahead if they go up.
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, and make sure your own users do too. If you build Vartaloop into your product, your terms must be at least as strict.
6. Calls, messages and telecom rules
If you use audio in calls or messages, you alone are the sender. You are responsible for following telecom, consumer and data laws where the recipient is, including TRAI's commercial communication rules, DLT registration, Do Not Disturb preferences, calling hours and recipient consent.
7. Voices, consent and disclosure
- Only use a real person's voice with their documented, informed consent, and keep that record. We may ask to see it.
- Never submit the voice of anyone under 18.
- Tell listeners that a voice is AI-generated where the law requires it, or where they could reasonably believe they are hearing a real person.
8. Your content and the audio
You keep your rights in the text and recordings you send ("Input"). You confirm you have every right and consent needed to use them. You give us a limited permission to process Input to run, secure and improve the reliability of the service. Subject to these terms, you may use the audio we generate ("Output") in your business. Similar text can produce similar audio for other customers, so Output is not exclusive. You are responsible for your Input, Output and how you use them.
9. Our rights
We own Vartaloop, including its models, voices, software and brand. Except as these terms allow, you may not copy or resell the service, reverse engineer it, extract its models or voices, or use it or its Output to train or improve a competing voice model.
10. Safety review and enforcement
We may review usage, Input and Output to keep the service safe and investigate abuse. If we reasonably believe you broke these terms, or your use creates legal, security or safety risk, we may block requests, suspend or close your account, or revoke keys, with or without notice. We may preserve information and share it with law enforcement or regulators where the law requires, or where we believe it is needed to prevent serious harm.
11. Availability
We work to keep Vartaloop available, but we don't promise uninterrupted service unless a signed agreement says so. Capacity is limited. When it is full, the API returns an error and a retry time. Beta and preview features may change or end at any time.
12. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows. AI speech can mispronounce names, numbers and amounts. Check anything important before you rely on it. Don't use Vartaloop as the only way to deliver emergency, medical, safety or legal information.
13. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
14. Your indemnity
You will defend and compensate InfiniSync, its directors and staff against claims, penalties, losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from your Input, Output or use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or third-party right, including telecom, privacy, personality and voice rights.
15. Ending
You can stop using Vartaloop at any time. We may end or suspend the service as section 10 describes, or end it for everyone with 30 days' notice. If we close an account for a breach, its unused credits are forfeited. If we end the service without a breach by you, we'll refund unused paid credits.
16. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. For a material change, we'll give notice by e-mail or in the portal. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the change.
17. Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. Subject to that, the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
